Zendesk is a trademark of Zendesk, Inc. TGT’s use of the name describes the platform its services and apps support. No endorsement, certification or partnership status is claimed here. Zendesk provides its platform under its own terms; TGT is responsible for support of its own apps.

Privacy and customer records

See the privacy notice and the exact app’s data disclosure. The initial app-storage direction uses Zendesk-managed mechanisms where applicable, including Custom Objects only when needed. Website hosting, business email and Marketplace payment processing are separate data flows.

Consulting and product availability

Service descriptions are general information. Deliverables, fees, access permissions and responsibilities are agreed in writing. Only verified TGT products will appear in the app directory; availability is shown through each app’s verified Marketplace listing when released.
